Brakes for Breasts 2026: Give or Get Up to $40 on Brake Pads
Brakes for Breasts 2026: Give or Get Up to $40 on Brake Pads
From October 1 through October 31, 2026, a qualifying brake pad service at Beachview Auto Service can earn you up to a $40 rebate through TechNet's Brakes for Breasts promotion. With new pads on both axles, you choose what happens to the $40: donate $40, donate $20 and keep $20, or keep all $40 on a TechNet Professional Prepaid Mastercard. A one-axle job (front or rear only) earns $20, which you can donate or keep. Donations go to Brakes for Breasts and The Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund. Both of our shops, in Morehead City and Cedar Point, are taking part.
Beachview is giving too: From October 1 through October 31, 2026, Beachview Auto Service will donate 10% of the value of all Carquest Premium Gold and Carquest Professional Platinum brake pads purchased and installed at our Morehead City and Cedar Point shops. That's on top of whatever you choose to do with your rebate.
If your brakes have been squealing, grinding, or feeling soft, October is a good month to get them looked at. You get safe brakes, and you can help put the brakes on breast cancer too.
How the Brakes for Breasts Offer Works
- Qualifying service: Carquest Professional Platinum or Carquest Premium Gold brake pads, purchased and installed at a participating TechNet Professional Automotive Service center like Beachview.
- Rebate amount: $20 per axle, with a maximum of $40 per vehicle. Front and rear pads together earn the full $40. Front-only or rear-only pads earn $20.
- Service dates: At Beachview, the work must be done between October 1 and October 31, 2026.
- Your choice: On a two-axle job, donate $40, donate $20 and receive $20, or receive $40. On a one-axle job, donate $20 or receive $20.
- How you receive it: A virtual Prepaid Mastercard by email arrives in about 48 hours. A physical card by mail takes about 8 weeks.
- Limit: One rebate per customer vehicle.
The donation option supports Brakes for Breasts and The Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund, which backs research toward a vaccine to prevent breast cancer.
How to Redeem Your Rebate
You can submit your rebate online or by mail. It isn't taken off your bill at the counter. After your brake service, keep your paid repair invoice and use one of these two options.
Submit online
- Go to technetprofessional.com/promotions and click "Submit Your Rebate."
- Upload a photo of your paid invoice and the completed rebate form.
- Choose whether to donate, keep, or split your rebate. On a one-axle job, you can donate or keep $20.
- If you're receiving money, pick a virtual Prepaid Mastercard by email (about 48 hours after approval) or a physical card by mail (about 8 weeks).
Mail it in
- Fill out the rebate form, mark whether you're donating, receiving, or splitting it, and include the brake pad part numbers from your invoice. Our service advisors can fill in the part numbers for you.
- Mail the form with your original invoice or a clear copy to: TechNet Professional Brake Rebate Offer, Campaign Code 26-42522, PO Box 540030, El Paso, TX 88554-0030.
- Mail-in forms must be postmarked by November 30, 2026. Your physical card takes about 8 weeks to arrive.

Signs It's Time for New Brakes
Not sure if you need brakes? Watch for these common warning signs:
- A high-pitched squeal or squeak when you stop
- Grinding or scraping, which can mean the pads are worn down to metal
- A brake pedal that feels soft, spongy, or sinks lower than usual
- Shaking or pulsing in the steering wheel or pedal when you brake
- The car pulling to one side when you stop
- A brake warning light on your dash
- Needing more distance to come to a stop
Feeling a shake when you stop? Our post on why your car shakes when you brake explains the usual causes. Salt air, sand, and stop-and-go beach traffic are hard on brakes here on the coast, so it pays to have them checked regularly. You can learn more about our brake services too.

Brakes for Breasts FAQ
How much is the Brakes for Breasts rebate?
You can get $20 per axle, up to a maximum of $40 per vehicle, so front and rear pads earn $40 and a front-only or rear-only job earns $20. It applies to qualifying Carquest Professional Platinum or Carquest Premium Gold brake pads installed at a participating TechNet shop.
When does the 2026 offer end?
At Beachview, your brake service must be done between October 1 and October 31, 2026. Mail-in rebate forms must be postmarked by November 30, 2026.
Who does my donation help?
If you choose to give, your donation benefits Brakes for Breasts and The Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund. You can donate the full $40, or donate $20 and keep $20.
Can I combine it with a coupon?
No. TechNet's terms say the rebate can't be combined with any other discount, offer, or rebate. Ask our service advisors which option saves you the most.
How do I get my money?
You'll get a TechNet Professional Prepaid Mastercard. A virtual card arrives by email in about 48 hours, and a physical card arrives by mail in about 8 weeks. The card is valid for up to 6 months, and any unused funds are lost after that.
Does Beachview donate too?
Yes. For every set of Carquest Premium Gold or Professional Platinum brake pads we install from October 1 through October 31, 2026, Beachview donates 10% of the pads' value. That's in addition to the TechNet rebate.
Do both Beachview locations participate?
Yes. Our Morehead City and Cedar Point shops are both taking part in Brakes for Breasts this year.
